No refund policy

This is just a note you have to sign our terms and conditions when you book. We have a no refund policy.

Are there any special deals?

Look under “Tickets” and you will find all our deals. If you are a big group 20+ we can offer a discount but not for Saturday evening, just send us an email at info@london-oktoberfest.co.uk

There are also some deals with wowcher and groupon and alike but not for Saturday evening.

Students can get a special ticket on Friday 18/10 or 25/10 and Sat. afternoon 19/10 and 26/10 – get your ticket with entrance and a big beer (1.5 pint) at £10 only.

Can I buy tickets at door?

Yes, you can (subject to availability). Entrance is £10 Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoon plus £15 Saturday evening.

How do I pay at the event

You can easy pay with your credit card – we take all kinds except AMEX due to their high fee´s

How does it work after I buy tickets online?

An e-ticket will be sent to you shortly after the purchase. You have to present the ticket at the event either by print or just on you phone as we scan the ticket. If you book more tickets later either use the same name than all are automatically seated together as an alternative or send us the different order ID´s with the comment please seat us together to info@london-oktoberfest.co.uk than we make sure you are at one table.

What do I do if I want to add more people to my booking later on?

I you book an e-ticket will be sent to you shortly after the purchase. You have to present the ticket at the event either by print or on you phone as we scan the ticket.

If you book more later either use the same name to book more tickets, than the systems automatically seats you all at the same table.

Alternatively send us the different order ID´s with the comment please seat us together to info@london-oktoberfest.co.uk – by both options you will all be seated together.

What do I do if I want to sit with my friends who have different tickets?

A) if you have lower section tickets than them you would need to upgrade the tickets to the same as them.

B) if you have a more expensive tickets you can sit with your friends in the lower section and use the better ticket there.

Can the event be sold out?

Yes and we nearly are each evening. It would be a good idea to book tickets or show up really early on the day to guarantee entry. Also if you book early you get the best seats as we fill from the front.

Can I buy or rent Lederhosen and Dirndl at the event?

Yes, at the souvenier shop where we sell lederhosen/drindl and you can also rent for the evening and the hire rate is £29/costume for the evening. The rent is only Lederhosen, or full dress with shirt and apron.

Can I buy souvenirs like Oktoberfest glasses?

Yes, at the souvenier shop. We also have alot other of German – it´s really worth having a look.

What can I buy from the souvenier shop?

We have great range of merchandise from clothing (dirndl, lederhosen, hats, t-shirts etc.) and souvenirs like (glass, mustache, wigs etc.)

Where is the event held?

We are in

the first week is in central London tba and the second week will be in Walpole Park, central Ealing.

What are the opening hours?

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 17-23

Saturday Afternoon´s 11:00-16:30

and

Saturday Evening´s 17:30-23:00.

What happens at the event?

The event is inside a hugh marquee which is dresses in blue and white Bavarian colours with long rows of tables and benches you find German music both live and DJ like, where you can sing along with thousand of revelers and of course wonderful stein´s of Bavarian beer and original German Food! Maybe you like to have swing at our dance floor and be sure you can make new friends.

Come an try – Oktoberfest is just good mood and fun.

What is the age limit for Oktoberfest?

The minimum age is 18 years. Its an adult only event due to alcohol being served.

Are children not welcome?

Sorry all days we have 18+. The reason is the late hours and that alcohol is being served.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Sorry but No, own food and drinks can not be brought to the Oktoberfest. However, we have a menu card where you can order from the table or pick up on our store. Food served directly if you book Corporate or VIP tickets.

You can always buy food at the food corner during the whole event.

Please note all brought liquids and food is disposed at the search at the entrance.

Is there an ATM at Oktoberfest?

Unfortunately not. But you can pay by card. We accept all major cards except for American Express at site – so no worries 🙂

Is there a cloakroom at Oktoberfest?

Yes, there is a cloakroom at the reception. We charge a fee of £5 per item.

Note we take no responsibility, please dont bring any valuables specielly expensive laptops or big bags.

Can the event be sold out?

Yes, it can so we advise you to book tickets or show up really early on the day to guarantee entry.

What kind of food is served at Oktoberfest?

Traditional Oktoberfest delicacies such as Brezel (twisted-knot bread), Bratwurst (German specialty sausage), Schnitzel (deep-fried breaded pork cutlet) and more….

Is vegetarian/vegan food available?

Yes, it is. Please ask our hostesses for more information. You can always change the food in your ticket to either vegan or vegetarian.

What kind of beer is served at Oktoberfest?

Specially-brewed Oktoberfest beer fraom Bavaria, Germany, 5% ABV. It is brewed by Bavaria Festbeer Brewery and transported in a gigantic tank directly to London. The brewery is close to Nueremberg

Are there other types of drinks besides beer?

Yes! There is cider, wine and soft drinks. Also you fine the famous Underberg a German digestiv
